Additionally, the parties listed above are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness associated with this festival. By attending Drift Jam - Flotilla Music Festival your agreement to these terms is implied, with no exception. We're a non-profit, free event. We are not responsible for anyone's lack of common sense or basic survival skills. Please know your limits and stay within them or you will be asked to leave for the safety and security of those around you. Follow the rules, be respectful to those around you, and everyone will have a great time while supporting an amazing charity!

To memorialize and honor our military and first responder heroes, current and former, through the construction and maintaining of enduring memorials within the State of South Carolina.
To provide financial support and donations to Military and First Responder personnel, current and former, and their families in need within the State of South Carolina.
To provide resources or financial support to National foundations and other organizations that qualify as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. These groups must share the same purpose as this Foundation.   An example of this would be the partnership that the Foundation shares with The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation of New York.
